All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Customers are responsible for ensuring all order details are correct before submission. Once dispatched, delivery details cannot be changed.

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices may change without prior notice.
3. Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Afterpay, and PayPal. Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers. hayrays wear does not store credit card information.
4. Returns & Exchanges
Returns for faulty items are subject to inspection. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached. No refunds or exchanges on sale items, headwear, undergarments, hygiene products, or cosmetics. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. Approved refunds may be issued as store credit or original payment method.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 3 business days. Delivery times vary by location. Once shipped, responsibility transfers to the customer. Incorrect addresses may incur reshipping fees.

7. Privacy Policy
